Welcome to St Mungo's!

St Mungo's is a multi-racial bi-denominational church in the Northern suburbs of Johannesburg. We have a heart for community outreach both in our neighbourhood of Bryanston and in Dieplsoot. Apart from being church in the conventional way, we are experimenting with new ways of being church by starting communities of faith that don't involve pews and pulpit. By getting people together who have an interest in faith in non-conventional ways, we are striving toward becoming a missional congregation.

LORDSHIP

We recognize our absolute dependence on God as our Father, on Jesus Christ as our Saviour and Lord and on the Holy Spirit as our Helper and Guide.

We believe that the Bible is given us by God as the supreme authority for life and faith and should be studied faithfully and expounded clearly.

We are committed to personal spiritual growth and we believe that this kind of life-change happens best in small groups.
